  Very unreliable company. Charges extremely high interest rates. Caters to the dishonest people and turns down the honest. Had I not been honest and updated my information with them I would have been helped. Instead I was turned away for not having a paper check. News flash amscott this is the digital age and not many people still use checks. My money is more valid than the con artists you guys freely hand money to everyday. Its nice to know I can't get a little assistance in a very difficult period of my life. I will never recommend your company to anyone I personally care for.

  Very professional and stays on top of your case. Was able to settle my case and get me the medical care that I needed, quickly. Dedicated to her clients, answers calls/emails after hours and her responses are always through and timely. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing help with car accident cases. • Review of "Lakeview Tower Apartments" at Winter Haven

  I have just moved into Lakeview Tower Apartments and it was a terrible mistake. I was misled into believing that the apartments had been totally remodeled. The Air Conditioning system is unhealthy. I checked the air filter the first day I moved in and it was so thick with dirt and dust that it could not have been working for quite some time. I have to keep a bucket in front of my entry door because water is constantly dripping from the AC return. I removed the AC vent covers to clean them because they were dirty and found that the air ducts are inches thick with dust and dirt and I am waking every morning with sinus congestion. I see mold growing on the AC cover in the kitchen because it is constantly moist. The windows do not seal properly. I had to vacuum at least a hundred knats off my bedroom walls and ceiling because they are coming in the bedroom windows. The knats are bringing spiders and there are ants on the window sill. I can't open my windows for fresh air because there are no window screens. The common areas are filthy and they smell bad. I give it one star because the interior has been remodeled but what does that matter if the basic utilities and windows are not adequate for healthy living.

  This is my edited review.... This is an EXCELLENT realty company to use!!! Ada & Josh are phenomenal!! They're GREAT with getting the maintenance issues taken care of. There's only been 2 times that there was a problem with getting something fixed but it wasn't anything THEY did. The kitchen sink was leaking & the plumber was booked so it took 3or4 days for him to get there & fix it. The other thing was the a/c. It broke on a Saturday evening & the repairman couldn't come till Monday. BUT he was at our place at 7:30 in the morning! He fixed it, it went out again a week or so later, came back out & we found out the whole unit needed to be replaced!! So I thought we were definitely gonna be going back & forth with the air continuously going in & out from working to not. HOWEVER, that's not what happened, they replaced the a/c unit!! And it was done the next day!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I'd LOVE to hear of another property management company or landlord that would do something like that, replace an entire a/c system AND do it SO FAST!! Ive NEVER known that to happen, just have the landlord rig it so they can save money! Village realty doesn't do that, they get things taken care of, fixed right & by people that know what they're doing! The people that went to school and learned the trade!! Not someone from Home Depot that doesn't know what they're really doing!! We just renewed our lease with them, this is our 3rd year in our place and we couldn't be happier!! If you or someone you know is looking to buy or rent OR someone that needs a property management company to take care of their property, DEFINITELY go see Josh & Ada at Village Realty!! They deal with sales and rentals, Josh is actually helping us look for a place to buy now!! I'm SO HAPPY that we have them, they're good, honest people and we couldn't be happier!!
